Chicken and Mushroom pie

This is one of Jamie Oliver’s recipes from his ’30 Minute Meals’ book. As you may be aware, they don’t take 30 minutes. They take 30 minutes to cook but that doesn’t include any prep, and definitely doesn’t include the washing up.

Half-assed tips:
Don’t use a food processor to chop your veg for this one. It might be quicker chopping but the food processor takes 5 times longer to wash up than a knife. (I’m pretty sure Jamie doesn’t do his own dishes).
We don’t use button mushrooms (bad reactions occur) so we used portobello instead.
We also made two smaller pies instead of one giant one. We had enough for dinner and lunch out of the bigger one, and a light dinner for two or big dinner for one out of the smaller one.
Next time, this’d be nice with broccoli.

It’s super-juicy. Maybe more flour if juiciness makes you sad.
