Moroccan Meatballs

Another tasty one from Leon that freezes well. Recipe is here:

We find this goes well with some lemony cous cous and pita bread.

Half-assed tip: a hot griddle pan is a happy griddle pan. If it’s not hot enough, your meatballs will stick and your rage index will increase exponentially.
