Angus Beef Burgers

Thanks to Steve’s cousin, Kat, we returned to Blighty this evening with a bag full of Scottish goodness. Included in the bag were some morning rolls and 2 x one inch thick Aberdeen Angus burgers. You don’t need a recipe. Just cook the burgers to your liking, add them to a toasted roll and also add a little cheese if desired. Serve. I can’t describe how good these tasted after a 7 hour journey.
