Steve’s cheesey bap

Lunch doesn’t have to be boring and while I’m a big fan of a cheese sandwich, sometimes it’s good to spice it up a bit.

Recipe:
Wholemeal rolls (I prefer white but Liz likes to keep me a little healthy)
Butter (oops, my hand slipped – not so healthy anymore :-))
Pepper
Cheese marbled with chilli
Pickled onions
English mustard

Method:
Cut rolls in half to form a base and a lid. Spread the base (or maybe both sides) of the rolls with butter and mustard. Grind some black pepper and then add a layer of the chilli cheese. Cut some pickled onions and add. Replace the lid and take to work for lunch tomorrow.
