Thanksgiving leftovers curry

Yesterday, two days late because we live on the wrong side of the Atlantic to get Thursday off work, we celebrated our Thanksgiving. While you might be looking for great recipes from the feast, if you think we’re going to cook a 13lb turkey with all the trimmings, nibbles, starters and dessert for 10 people while also drinking copious amounts of alcohol and then also take lots of photos and type them up for you…dream on.

Today I made a curry. We had lots of leftovers so I made Hugh’s baked curry sauce and then added the leftover turkey, roast potatoes, sprouts green beans, Ottolenghi’s Moroccan spiced carrots.

Delicious.

Almost everything we own to make yesterday’s feast and then a large saucepan to cook today’s curry.
